Created by Rodolfo Dordoni for Foscarini, Chapeaux is an elegant and refined table lamp, capable of changing its personality through the hat it wears: three personalities, three lighting atmospheres, three different ways to occupy space. At the heart of the design are three diffusers, each unique in shape, materials, and finishes. Open at the center, they rest on the transparent glass structure of the lamp, which also supports the light source. When Chapeaux is off, the transparent glass body almost disappears, reappearing discreetly when the light is turned on. The special bulb, equipped with a touch dimmer that houses the lighting components, seems to float within the glass, creating an intense yet soft, glare-free light. The light also diffuses through the top of the diffuser, illuminating the entire room.
