The Bonnet table by MDF Italia, designed by Marialaura Rossiello Irvine in 2024, embodies a refined vision of contemporary furniture. This collection of tables with soft, rational forms introduces a touch of femininity and lightness to the world of Italian design.
Its legs, reminiscent of softened blades, rise to embrace the tabletop, creating a dynamic tension between structure and surface. The 3 cm thick melamine top, supported by a metal frame, is hand-finished with the exclusive Coccioperla coating—a composite material made of mortar, aggregates, and crushed mother-of-pearl.
Available in four colors (Coccioperla white, cream, dove grey, black), the Bonnet table comes in 10 sizes—square, rectangular, or asymmetrical—perfectly suited for both residential spaces and contract or meeting environments.

The tabletop (3 cm thick) is made of melamine and supported by a metal frame that connects the top to the base. Both are finished with the new Coccioperla treatment, a composite material made from mortar, aggregates, and crushed mother-of-pearl. The application process is carried out entirely by hand with a spatula across the entire surface, creating a unique texture that distinguishes each piece both visually and to the touch.

The bases are made of curved metal, following the angles of the tabletop.
Finished in Coccioperla in the same color as the top.
