Structure & Comfort

The frame is made of three-layer cross-laminated slat panels, strapped and covered with a polyether foam veneer with a density of 40 kg/m³. The seat cushions are made of high-resilience Bultex polyurethane foam with densities of 36 kg/m³ and 38 kg/m³ and a compression resistance of 2.8 kPa.

The back cushion consists of injected foam with a density of 60 kg/m³, overmolded on a metal insert equipped with elastic straps. It is topped with a pad of new goose feathers (10% down, 90% feathers) and a compartmentalized layer of 110 g/m² polyester wadding. This cushion includes an anti-slip system.

The lumbar cushion is filled with new goose feathers (10% down, 90% feathers). Optionally, the armrest cushion is made of high-resilience Bultex polyurethane foam (35 kg/m³) covered with 200 g/m² polyester wadding.

Stitching / Cover

The sofa features a quilted cover made of 300 g/m² polyester wadding and hyper-flexible polyurethane foam (45 kg/m³ – 1.8 kPa). The top panel is stitched in a V pattern using a programmable sewing machine. The cover is removable by a professional.

The quilted version has a cover sewn crosswise, avoiding any stitching on the seat. Only a single seam runs through the center, aligned with the sofa structure. In this version, the seat cushion cannot be flipped to transform into a bed, and the base is now a monoblock. The sofa legs are identical to those of the standard Prado model. Leather is not available due to the highly segmented quilting.

The backrest retains the anti-slip system and remains identical to the standard Prado. As with the original model, some fabric options are limited for the bases.
